Services Restored

We’re pleased to inform you that A6TV and RS4K services have been fully restored and are now operating automatically as expected.

We are currently working on improving our email system to ensure all messages are delivered directly to your inbox. We will share another update once this has been fully resolved.

In the meantime, you can:

  • Register for a new account if needed

  • Check your Junk/Spam/All Mail folders for any emails

  • Access your billing dashboard to view your account details

If you still need assistance, you can submit a support ticket and we’ll provide a copy of your account details. For security reasons, please make sure you are logged into your account when submitting a ticket.
